I'm known as Toby or just 'OB' and I'm a 26 year old man from Canada. I am obsessed with the marine industry and ships have always been a special interest of mine. I work full-time as a coastal mariner and I'm currently finishing up my qualifications to become a licensed ship's mate 'through the hawse pipe'. My career keeps me pretty busy. Aside from ships, I have a wide variety of other interests and hobbies, which I hope to collect and share with others here on my site.

This website is a personal project to bring together various parts of my life into one place and to function as a constantly-evolving 'digital diary' and place to express myself, functioning like a scrapbook. I work on this as I please and it's always changing with my whims. There is no particular theme to my site but I hope to convey my love for nature, commercial shipping, and gaming here. I'm a novice coder and do it all for fun.
