most of the images used onsite come from the wikimedia commons. small graphics tend to come from gifcities and archived geocities sites. and there are also some where i genuinely do not remember where i got them from oTL. the pixels however... they come from all over the internet, but mosty from pixel safari and bonnibel's graphics collection. if you made anything i've used on this site and aren't being credited here- please let me know so that i can add you to this list! snippets...
if i use a snippet on a page i will usually include the source either in the css sheet or before the affected div- so feel free to poke through my code with the inspect element. this is not the case for older pages (i'm working on it...), so here is a general list of snippets in use onsite. some pages will have credit linked at the bottom as well.
- hover.css - used for many of the mouseover/hover effects onsite
- ribo.zone - used the image text on hover css snippet for my landing page
- rv's javascript effects - used the let it snow effects on my message in a bottle page
- vertpush's css toys - used hover tooltips effects and falling image effects
- chat bubble css effect - used on my office page
- maybecoding's feedback box - used on my message in a bottle page, and on my seamanship FAQ page. uses frogtab to recieve anonymous feedback.
